Lake Isabell - September 2003 We met for the first time through our good friend Marianne back in 1997.  Although our romantic connection was not immediate, it was imminent.  Over the next six years we remained close friends and built a true friendship which lasts to this day.  We stood together as advisors, companions and supporters through dates and eventual breakups.  In September of 2003, we finally decided to take our friendship to the next level and little did we know love was right before our eyes.  After dating for almost two years we got engaged on June 25, 2005.  Looking back on it all, we can honestly say that the decisions we made were all worth it.  Today, as our relationship grows, we are looking forward to continuing our story for many years to come.
